Award Winning, Celebrity Interior Designer and Design Psychology Expert, Kelli Ellis began her love of Media and Design very early, first as the premiere designer of Barbie’s house at age 5 then onto the stage and television. Kelli has a BA in Communications, a Law School background and a certification from the Interior Design Institute, and is the president of Kelli Ellis Interiors, Inc.
You’ve likely seen Kelli on TLC’s Clean Sweep, HGTV’s Takeover my Makeover, or HGTV’s Value Boosters. And you watched Kelli help fan favorite, Jeana Keough on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County, turn her home into her ultimate haven.
In addition to HGTV, TLC, Bravo, Kelli has guest appeared on NBC, CBS, ABC Nationwide. Orange County knows Kelli as the feature reporter for Daybreak OC and monthly advice in the OC Gazette. You’ve heard her give decor and “Design Psychology” advice on HGTV Radio/Sirius, MomTV and BlogTalk Radio. She is also a keynote speaker at Las Vegas Market, and marketing summits, annually. Kelli is the regular Interior Expert and Design Psychology Expert on Celebuzz.net and Beautyforever.org. Her monthly feature, “Ask Kelli” in the OC Gazette is a fan favorite. She also regularly contributes to Cosmopolitan, Redbook, Better Homes and Gardens, TV Guide, and Image. She created The Kelli Kit design tool, OnlineDesignTV.com and is currently writing her “Design Psychology” book entitled, “Do I look skinny in this house?”. Kelli was recently voted one of Luxe Magazine’s “Editor’s Top 10 Designers” and also voted “Top Interior Designer in Orange County” by OC Metro magazine. Kelli is also a featured expert in the global documentaries, The Compass, ( www.thecompass.tv), Riches, and The Vow.
Because of her love of flowers, Kelli is excited to be a spokesperson for the Society of American Florists in their newest campaign detailing the synergy and power of flowers, floral design and design psychology.
