Simple Plans:
Plan A: One-time $450 consultation for 1 room which lasts for one and one-half hours, and includes:
- Discussion of your design desires, needs and budget.
- Walk-through of your home
- Strategies, suggestions and feedback
- Questions & Answers – I develop a deep understanding of you and your home.
- And a Summary Report
- Details of our consultation
- A practical assessment of your project including priorities, including color schemes and space plan suggestions.
Plan B Hybrid: $85 per hour. If you can buy it yourself, by all means, buy it. If I buy it for you, “to the trade only” purchases, you will get a discount. There are no additional mark-ups (no admin. charges) An estimate of hours per room given upon request. Includes all design services mentioned above and;
