Garry and Liz Martin really love the beach and have decided to decorate their family room as a New England-style beach cottage. However, their decorating turned into a tidal-wave-size disaster filled with an ocean-themed slipcover, a hula skirt window treatment and a beach towel tablecloth. With a $2,000 budget, designer Kelli Ellis, design coordinator Jennifer Julian and contractor Steve Pitzer rescue the Martin family with a true beach cottage getaway.
