The Approach
Kelli believes the most memorable homes feel thoughtfully collected, not simply decorated.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience designing luxury residences, boutique hotels, and lifestyle spaces around the world, she creates interiors that are both beautiful and deeply livable. Her work blends natural materials, timeless architecture, thoughtful layering, and a relaxed sophistication that feels effortless rather than over-designed.
From the earliest planning stages through the final styling details, Kelli serves as both creative director and trusted advocate, guiding homeowners through every decision while coordinating with architects, builders, contractors, artisans, and specialty trades to ensure a seamless experience.
Every project is carefully managed from concept to completion, including:
• Space planning and furniture layouts
• Architectural and construction collaboration
• Contractor and trade coordination
• Kitchen and bath design direction
• Material and finish selections
• Flooring, tile, stone, and surface specifications
• Lighting plans and fixture selections
• Custom millwork and cabinetry design
• Plumbing and hardware selections
• Furniture sourcing and procurement
• Window treatments and soft furnishings
• Art, accessories, and styling
• Project oversight and site visits
• Budget guidance and purchasing management
• Installation coordination and final reveal
The result is a home that feels cohesive, intentional, and uniquely personal - designed not only to look beautiful, but to support the way you live, entertain, gather, and create memories.
Every project is guided by a simple philosophy:
• Clarity over overwhelm
• Timeless design over trends
• Collaboration over complexity
• Quality over quantity
• Real-life functionality without sacrificing beauty
• A seamless experience from first meeting to final installation
